This Review Appraiser position is at the St. Paul Regional Loan Center located in St Paul, Minnesota. The incumbent is responsible for oversight duties for a multi-state jurisdiction that includes desk reviews of appraisals, receive construction and valuation matters affecting the VA Loan Guaranty program, and field reviews of appraisals submitted by fee roster members in certain geographic areas.

Specialized Experience: To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-09) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.
