Primary needs include appraisals on single-family, duplexes, condos and townhomes specifically in the City of Minneapolis for the following purposes:

The CLCLT currently has the needs for this type of appraisal 8-10 times a year.

CLCLT Resales – The nature of Community Land Trust resales requires an appraisal to establish the future effective CLCLT price if/when a CLCLT homeowner decides to sell their home. The CLCLT anticipates there will be the need for 15-20 of these types of appraisals annually.

Conflicting or non-conforming Lender Appraisals – In some instances, lender appraisals fail to provide land valuations in the appraisal (required/needed by the CLCLT) or seem to use miss the mark on valuation.
